In this tutorial, you will learn how to navigate the basics of our new Event Admin dashboard
The event admin dashboard allows you to manage everything about your event, whether it's in-person, virtual, or somewhere in between. From creating your sessions and adding presenters to them, to managing all of the different landing pages, viewing your analytics or configuring your companion app, all of this can be done from the single dashboard.
The event admin is only available for channels with an event license. For more information contact your BigMarker Customer Success Manager or sales@bigmarker.com
Creating a Virtual Event
Creating your event can be done right from your home dashboard. Click on the Create button and then on Create Event
From here you'll set all of the basics: event name, date, and registration go-live dates. You can also invite collaborators who will be able to manage the event during event creation as well.
Event Basics & Design
In the dashboard you'll find a collection of different pages that cover the Event Basics. The event basics cover many different aspects of your event, it's registration process and tickets, design, and others. Look to these following help articles to learn more about each of these areas:

Modules
Event modules function as the landing pages of your virtual event. Whether it's an agenda, the expo hall, presenter information or anything else, those pages start here.
Modules also can be used to organize your registrations into distinct groups. Using these groups you can send unique email communications, allow access to certain pages, or grant access to the mobile companion apps.
Sessions
In the sessions section you'll be able to easily create everything from webinars to in-person sessions for your event. Add presenters, pre-loaded content, set which agenda they appear on, and configure emails sent from the sessions, all within the event admin dashboard.
Exhibitors
Give your sponsors their own space to shine with expo booths: spaces can showcase your partner content and provide analytics to them as attendees interact with either a virtual or in-person booth.
Mobile Apps
Raise your event to the next level by utilizing the scanner and companion apps. Once first configured by the BigMarker team, you can easily manage everything the app has to offer from these pages in the dashboard.
Analytics
View and manage your analytics from all of your modules and sessions as well as select specific date ranges to review your marketing data within the Analytics tab of the Virtual Event Dashboard.
