How to Design your Virtual Event Site
Once you reach the dashboard for your event, look for and click on Design in the left-hand navigation. From here you'll see Event Branding, Colors and Cookie Consent bar
Branding
The branding settings have a few different sections. First you'll see image upload fields for logos and the ability to update the event background. The design you configure with these settings will be used in a number of different pages across your event, including the check-in and networking center pages. You can also customize the look of the virtudal badges used in the networking center.
Colors
With the Colors settings, you can update the colors used across the landing pages, primarily for registration, submit, and other call to action buttons.
Cookie Consent Bar
If you want to have a consent bar for tracking cookies shown to all your guests and registrants, you can enable that here. These settings are the same that you will find in the webinar dashboard, but you just need to set this here once for all of your modules and landing pages inside of the event.
Designing the virtual webinar room for all of your sessions
For a virtual event, you will probably have quite a few webinars to manage. While you can control the design initially using webinar templates, the BigMarker event admin allows you to easily update the design across all of your sessions at once. We call the settings to update this design Stage View.
In the event admin, click on Stage View Settings in the left-hand navigation. Once you do you'll see a list of all the different modules available in your event. Each module can have it's own stage view. Click on the module containing your sessions to begin:
The settings you'll see are the same that you see when you are configuring the settings of an individual webinar. Update the colors, images, and settings across all the webinars from the module here.
