How to Design your Virtual Event Site

Design and add all of your event’s colors and images to your Virtual Event's Site to make it consistent with your company’s or event’s brand messaging and style. 

Create your Virtual Event’s design, ranging from logo images to button text colors to your virtual and in-person event badges. In this section, design all of your event’s colors and images to make it consistent with your company’s or event’s brand messaging and style.

How to Design your Virtual Event Site


1. On your main series, click the Manage Event (Beta) dashboard 

 


2. In the left hand menu, click Design 


In the Event Design section, you have three sections: Event Branding, Colors and Cookie Consent Bar. 



Event Branding


In the Event Branding section, you can add your event’s colors, images and design your event’s Badge. Add a logo image for both your event site and event email. You can add an image or set a color for the entire background of your event. Choose to anchor your image, repeat the image in your background, or expand your image background. 


From there, you can add text for your event’s footer and select the color for the footer.

Within this section, you can customize your event’s virtual badge. Either click Open Badge Designer in this section, click it at the top of the page. 



Within the Badge Designer, you can design your event’s virtual and in-person badges. Both Badge’s have their own customization options: 


Note: You can access the In-Person Badge at the bottom of the section by clicking Open Badge Designer


Virtual Badge: 

  • Cover Photo Image 
  • Button Text 
  • Button Text Color 
  • Button Color 
    • Optional: Make the button color a gradient



In-Person Badge: 

  • Cover Photo 
  • Badge Name 
  • Text Color 
  • Button Color 
    • Optional: make the button color a gradient


You can easily navigate between the two badges by using the dropdown menu in the top left corner. Click Save Changes to save your designs. 



Colors 


Add your brand’s colors to your events. You can set these as your event’s accent colors, theme colors and your primary and secondary button text and button color. Click Save Changes at the top when finished. 




Cookie Consent Bar


Lastly, opt to add a Cookie Consent Bar to your event, notifying users that their information will be collected. Check off Enable Cookie Consent Bar on Landing Page to reveal and set all the customizations for your cookie bar. You can customize the: 


  • Banner Background Color 
  • Banner Text
  • Banner Text Color 
  • Accept Button Text 
  • Accept Button Text Color 
  • Allowed Tracking Codes 
  • Policy Link
