Webinars are the bread and butter of BigMarker. We offer a customizable product for your unique digital event experience. We offer 6 different types of webinars: **Live, Summit (or Series), On- Demand, Automated, Evergreen** and **24-7 webinars.** You'll have the option to choose which webinar you want to create when you first make the webinar, but once it is created you cannot change the type, with the exception of live recorded webinars converted to on-demand. ### Live Webinars ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202025-06-24%20at%201-17-16%20PM-png.png?width=600&height=355&name=Screen%20Shot%202025-06-24%20at%201-17-16%20PM-png.png) With a [**Live Webinar**](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/live-webinars?hsLang=en) attendees will view your content live at a scheduled time. Users will enter into a [live experience](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/hc/en-us/articles/360049665432-how-to-enable-live-attendee-experience?hsLang=en) to watch & listen to your presenters and their content, all while using various [engagement features](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/audience-engagement?hsLang=en) to interact with your session and one another. Live webinars can be scheduled to just happen once or on a [recurring basis](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/how-to-set-up-your-recurring-webinar?hsLang=en). You can also use live webinars to stream to outside platforms, or as the destination for your incoming RTMP streams. [The recording player](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/customize-the-on-demand-webinar-player-before-your-event-goes-live?hsLang=en) has a suite of unique settings that you can use in either use case, and you can host registration on BigMarker in exactly the same way as you do for live webinars. Everything about the webinar can be automated, including video content, chat messages, offers, polls, and even opening and closing [breakout rooms](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/hc/en-us/articles/360054830091-creating-breakout-rooms-?hsLang=en). Automated webinars have the same audience experience as a live webinar. You can host live, automated, and On-Demand webinars in a series.
