Give your audience audio to listen to while they wait for your session to start by playing mp3 files in the waiting room
BigMarker hosts are now able to play audio mp3 files in their webinar's waiting room, giving audience members music to pass the time until their session begins.
Note: We strongly recommend adding disclaimer text stating that you do not own the rights to the music you play (if applicable).
How to add mp3s to my session's waiting room
1. Log in to your webinar. In the left-hand menu, select Waiting Room.
2. Staying in this tab, scroll down to Waiting Room Preview. Select Customize, the blue text just right of the preview seen below.
3. You'll then proceed to the editor, where you can add media to your waiting room. In the left-hand menu, select Background Audio.
4. Under Play an audio file?, select Yes.
Choose whether or not to play your audio file on a loop (e.g., it repeats upon ending). Then upload, or paste the link to, your mp3 file in the respective fields.
Click Save to complete.
