As the host, you can enter your webinar room ahead of the scheduled start time to set up, test your equipment, and get comfortable with the platform. Entering early allows you to preload content, check your audio and video, and prepare for a smooth, professional presentation. This article outlines when you can access your webinar and best practices to follow before going live. Presenters and hosts can enter up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time of your session. This time before the start is when the webinar room will initialize and open, and you can't enter the room before then. If the webinar still is not initializing don't hesitate to contact **[support@bigmarker.com](mailto:support@bigmarker.com)**   When using the [**Waiting Room**](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/waiting-room-settings?hsLang=en) feature, attendees can enter at the scheduled start time or in increments of 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes before the webinar start time.
