Presenters and Hosts:
Can enter up to 3 hours before the start time. You cannot enter before then as the room doesn't exist until it opens.

Presenters can decide whether to let attendees in automatically or ask for permission before entering the room. You can find this in the 'Edit' section of your webinar settings under 'Privacy'
When using the Waiting Room feature, attendees can enter either 15 or 30 minutes before the webinar start time. You can allow the webinar room to open automatically at the scheduled time, or disable the feature to open the webinar room manually, at your leisure.
