I'm Getting a "Connection Can't Be Established" Screen

If you are not on Chrome or Edge, or have a WebRTC blocker or firewall enabled, you will not be able to access the room. Read the following troubleshooting steps below to establish a connection

BigMarker's conference room is built with WebRTC technology. If you are not on Chrome or Edge, or have a WebRTC blocker or firewall enabled, you will not be able to access the room.

Possible solutions:

  • Switch your browser (or install) to the latest version of Chrome or Edge.
  • Test your internet speed
  • Disable any Firefox or Chrome extensions that might be blocking WebRTC.
  • Disable any known Firewall that might be blocking access or open the necessary ports to connect (you may need to contact your IT person)
