How do I translate the website or select my preferred language?

You can manually change the language settings for your events or channel

BigMarker's built in system should translate the website and webinar room based on your browser's language setting or version. However, you can also manually change the language settings on the website and in the webinar room. 

 

Within the lefthand side panel 

Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Language located in the lower left hand corner. Then choose then select your preferred language from the pop-up menu. 

 

 

 

Before the webinar starts

To alter the language utilized within the webinar room, you will visit your session's Edit tab>>Webinar Details>> Display Language and select the language of your choice. Once changed, the room will read and chat in that chosen language.

Inside the Webinar Room 

Note: You must enable Google Translation on in the Edit section of your webinar

Click the three dots in the right hand corner to choose the language you'd like the webinar room displayed. Once changed, the room will read and chat in that chosen language.

This is an individual setting. Hosts cannot change the language for the entire room.
