What the Webinar Page Looks Like to Attendees

View what attendees will see when they arrive at your webinar's Landing Page

You webinar landing page is an important place, it is where your attendees will register, and return to once the session is live. When the session is live, the page behavior will change automatically to allow attendees to enter the room. When the on-demand webinar is published, it will change once more to allow users to watch the on-demand video.

The screenshots and behavior below is what you'll find with BigMarker-provided landing pages. If you are interested in a fully customized experience, contact sales@bigmarker.com or your customer success manager.

When users first get to your landing page, they'll be prompted to register. Once they do and the session is live, those same call to action buttons will change into "Enter Webinar" buttons. Clicking on these will bring the user to the waiting room or the live attendee experience.

If you want to get attendees into the live attendee experience as quickly as possible, consider using auto enter. If auto-enter is enabled, attendees get redirected into the live experience  immediately after reaching the landing page. You'll find this setting in the Edit tag of the webinar dashboard

When the session is over and you have converted it into a published on-demand webinar, the page will then display the BigMarker recording player. Users still will need to register, but will watch the content on the landing page itself.

Enterprise customers can leverage the live attendee experience for their on-demand webinars using the immersive experience. Click here to learn more
