Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when you cannot hear or share your mic or camera
If you are having issues hearing or cannot share your mic or camera:
- Refresh the page or exit and re-enter
- Switch browsers (We highly recommend the latest version of Firefox or Chrome)
- Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
- If you are on Chrome, try updating and relaunching it here: chrome://settings/help
- You can also reset your Chrome browser
- Quit and restart your browser
- Change networks (plugin directly when possible)
- Temporarily deactivate your VPN and/or firewall and reconnect to the webinar
- Restart your computer
If you plug in your headset, microphone or camera after you've entered the room, you may need to leave the room and re-enter.
If the presenter can see and hear themselves (they are able to activate their camera and mic) but other presenters cannot hear or see them, it's most likely a firewall.
