If You Are Experiencing Mic or Camera Issues

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot when you cannot hear or share your mic or camera

If you are having issues hearing or cannot share your mic or camera:

  • Refresh the page or exit and re-enter
  • Switch browsers (We highly recommend the latest version of Firefox or Chrome)
  • Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
  • If you are on Chrome, try updating and relaunching it here: chrome://settings/help 
  • You can also reset your Chrome browser
  • Quit and restart your browser
  • Change networks (plugin directly when possible)
  • Temporarily deactivate your VPN and/or firewall and reconnect to the webinar
  • Restart your computer

If you plug in your headset, microphone or camera after you've entered the room, you may need to leave the room and re-enter.
