Play an MP4 or Youtube video during your live webinar.
There are two ways to load your video files for your webinars. Learn more below about uploading your playing your videos.
Warning: While the ability to share a YouTube video is still available in the webinar room, it is very likely that the video will not play. YouTube has updated their video policies, which impacts the method in which BigMarker delivers YouTube video content during a webinar.

Pre-load your video file(s) before your webinar opens (highly recommended)
To pre-load videos for your webinar, visit the webinar dashboard and click the Pre-load Files and Videos section in the lefthand navigation panel. From there, you will be able to click Add Video and upload video files to share during your live webinar.
Load the video files during the live webinar
To load your videos during your live webinar enter into the Studio and click the Video option with the the Share Content options. Then, browse your computer for your MP4 file OR paste the YouTube link.
Tip! Both pre-loaded files and new files can be shared from this video pop-up. Hover your mouse over the 3 dots next to the toggle on each uploaded video to either select PLAY or to see that a video is currently playing. You can also delete the video from your files here.
You can set your options to load the video and manually play or load the video and automatically play. Additionally, you can opt to loop your video by checking off Loop Video.
