YouTube has updated their video policies, which impacts the method in which BigMarker delivers YouTube video content during a webinar. [Click here](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/how-to-download-a-youtube-video-as-an-mp4-file?hsLang=en) for a guide on how to download a YouTube video as an mp4 file for use inside of the webinar room. #### **Pre-load your video file(s) before your webinar opens (*highly recommended*)** To [pre-load videos](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/how-to-pre-load-content-to-virtual-events-webinars?hsLang=en) for your webinar, visit the [session admin](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/introducing-the-new-session-admin?hsLang=en) and go to **Content \> Pre-loaded Content** from the lefthand navigation panel. From there, scroll down to find or click on the **Videos** tab to upload video files to share during your live webinar. Click on the plus button to add a new video ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-15-2026-02-00-18-2141-PM.png?width=600&height=253&name=image-png-May-15-2026-02-00-18-2141-PM.png) #### **Load the video files during the live webinar** To load your videos during your live webinar enter into [the Studio](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/studio-produce-live-video-content-1?hsLang=en) and click the **Video** option with the the **Share Content** options.
