Share links to your post-webinar surveys during the live event so attendees can provide their feedback in real time, giving hosts immediate, actionable insight from their audience
Share links to post-webinar feedback surveys while the session is still live. These surveys can appear as pop-ups on each attendee’s screen — or hosts can paste the link into the Sticky Note inside the room to keep the link pinned to the top of the chat. This allows hosts to collect more responses and generate more immediate, actionable insights from their attendees.
Note: These URLs will not work for attendees or invitees who have not yet registered for the live session.
Also, if you plan to convert your live webinar into an on-demand session, consider replacing the feedback survey with another one focusing specifically on the on-demand viewing experience. Otherwise, your surveys will generate feedback from both live and on-demand attendees, which could complicate your reporting efforts.

How to Distribute Shareable Survey URLS
1. Log in to your webinar and select the Manage Webinar tab.
2. Staying in this tab, scroll down or use the CTRL-F function to find Webinar Survey, located on the right side of the page.
3. From there, you’ll proceed to the Post-Webinar Survey menu. Select the Settings tab.
4. Under Shareable Survey URL is the survey link you’ll share with attendees during the session. Copy this link to your clipboard.
Once you’ve obtained your shareable survey URL, add it to a new pop-up offer or add it to the sticky note inside the session's interactive panel.
Sharing Feedback Survey Links on Your Pop-Up Offer
When you create or edit a pop-up offer, our feedback survey links can be shared automatically.
1. Log in to your webinar and select the Manage Webinar tab.
2. Staying in this tab, scroll down or use the CTRL-F function to find Offers, located on the right side of the page.
3. Select the Blue Add Offer button on the right to create a new offer, or edit an existing offer by selecting the Edit icon next to the offer name.
4. This will direct you to the Pop-Up Offer editor. Staying on this page, scroll to the Button Link section.
5. Select Post Webinar Survey to automatically link your feedback survey to the offer.
6. Press Save to create the offer or save the change to your existing offer.
