BigMarker has made it easier than before to manage your language settings.
We’ve added a dropdown menu for each category that lives on your channel: All categories, Scanner App, Event App, Landing Page & Live Webinar. Use the categories filter to more efficiently search for the translation you want to find. For example, if you’re looking for a specific translation that appears within the Live Webinar Room, simply select Live Webinar in the category dropdown menu and scroll down to reveal all the translations available.
A BigMarker admin can access the language settings via the Channel Settings and selecting Languages from the left hand navigation menu.
At the top right, you’ll find the categories dropdown menu, along with the languages drawdown menu. First, select the reference language. In this case, we’ve chosen French. Now, you can revise which language you are applying the translation to. Click the menu and select how you’d like to filter your category results.
You’ll also notice that translations are available for the Scanner App, our in-person event app that enables attendees to check-in easily and efficiently.
This feature is especially helpful if you have an in-person event happening in a country where English is not the native language, and you want the check-in experience to go smoothly, in the language native to the area.
