If attendees arrive early, they can wait on the webinar landing page, or in the Waiting Room, before they are able to enter the event. The most common way attendees will join the webinar is through clicking on personalized links within [**registration confirmation and reminder emails**](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/emails-and-invitations-faq?hsLang=en). These links will bring users to the landing page of the webinar and automatically log them in as an attendee. Typically, attendees and guests can enter the [waiting room](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/waiting-room-settings?hsLang=en) for the webinar 15 or 30 minutes before the start time. Once you are directed to enter the webinar room, you will immediately start seeing the webinar content. If the webinar is configured to allow attendees to share microphones and cameras, BigMarker will run a **[system check](https://bigmarker.com/system_check)** and prompt you to [configure your devices](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/how-can-i-turn-my-camera-and-mic-on-and-off-in-the-webinar-room?hsLang=en).
