When Can I Enter the Webinar I'm Attending?

There are several different ways to enter your webinar. If you arrive early, you can wait on the webinar landing page, or in the Waiting Room, before you are able to enter the event.

The most common way attendees will join the webinar is through clicking on personalized links within registration confirmation and reminder emails. These links will bring users to the ladning page of the webinar and automatically log them in as an attendee. For default emails, this link will show in a number of different places:

 

After clicking the link, you will be directed to the webinar landing page, where you will find the Enter Webinar button to join the webinar.

Typically, attendees and guests can enter the waiting room for the webinar 15 or 30 minutes before the start time. There will be a countdown on the webinar page, letting you know exactly how much time is left until the webinar is open for attendees. 

When the webinar is open, you will see a green Enter Webinar button.

If you do not see the Enter Webinar button after the start time, try refreshing your web page. Once you are directed to enter the webinar room, you will immediately start seeing the webinar content. If the webinar is configured to allow attendees to share microphones and cameras, BigMarker will run a system check and prompt you to configure your devices.
