Reconnect and get up and running as a presenter
If you are having issues connecting your camera to BigMarker there are a number of steps you can take to get back up to speed. These steps will cover a variety of different issues, and it's important to start with the basics first:
- Use the system check page to check your devices and your connection
- Ensure your camera is connected
- Close any other programs that may be using your camera
- Check that you gave your web browser permission to use the camera
- Try restarting your browser and computer
- External cameras may have additional and software and drivers that need to be managed. Check that these are up to date and not interfering with the camera
