These steps will cover a variety of different issues, and it's important to start with the basics first: - Use the [system check](https://www.bigmarker.com/system_check) page to check your devices and your connection - Ensure your camera is connected - Close any other programs that may be using your camera - Check that you gave your [web browser permission](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/click-allow-access-if-camera-or-microphone-are-not-working?hsLang=en) to use the camera If you have already opened the studio while taking any of these steps, it's never a bad idea to refresh the BigMarker page before trying to connect again. If these steps don't fix your issue then you can try to take the following measures: - Try restarting your browser and computer - External cameras may have additional and software and drivers that need to be managed.  Check that these are up to date and not interfering with the camera If the issue is not resolved and your camera is not working at all, you can look to these resources for further troubleshooting:  -
