My Facebook Live stream has disconnected

If BigMarker can't connect to the Facebook Live server, follow the steps below

 

  1. Close any Facebook Live popups that may be left open, including any in the BigMarker webinar room.
  2. In a separate tab with Facebook open, log out of Facebook.
  3. Try re-initiating the Livestream by clicking the Facebook "Go Live" icon in the top-right corner of the BigMarker webinar room.

Note: Facebook Live streams require around 20 seconds to fully load. You may see a spinning circle in the Facebook Live popup a few times before the stream loads.
