My attendees can't share their cameras or microphones

Attendees will need to allow access to their browser, enable and turn on their microphones and cameras for them to share in the webinar room

Enable the Mic button or the Mic+Cam permissions:

First, you need to make sure you have the attendee cameras and mics enabled when they are entering the event. The Mic and Camera buttons must be moved to the right, and green, in their on position.Screen Shot 2022-10-24 at 3.30.12 PM

Keep in mind, doing this only ENABLES or ALLOWS attendees to turn on their mic or camera, they still have to turn them on themselves. A host cannot turn on an attendees mic or camera. Attendees must turn on their own mics or cameras. You have enabled them, but the attendee must turn them on.

Click Allow in the Browser dropdown

Once they click the on button(s), they may have to click "allow access" located in a browser dropdown near the address bar. Each browser is different in regards to "allowing." If the dropdown doesn't appear, they'll need to click the camera icon in the address bar.

For Firefox it will appear on the left side of the address bar like this:

For Google Chrome it will appear on the right side of the address bar like this:

If the mic or camera is being blocked, you'll see a red x near the camera icon. Click the icon and choose the always allow setting:
