Introducing your new home dashboard

The new and improved homepage gives you quick easy access to all of your content

When you first log in to BigMarker you'll be greeted with an updated dashboard. In this dashboard you can easily find all of the content, channels and settings related to your account. In this article we'll go over the new features and layout of the dashboard so that you can find what you need.

Home

The home page of the dashboard is what will load first and will give you a holistic view of all of your content. By default, you will see a list of channels, currently live webinars, upcoming webinars, upcoming series or events, and your media hubs. For each webinar or series shown, you can easily navigate to it's individual dashboard by clicking anywhere within the row.

By default, all of these categories will be showing, but if you click the customize view button you can hide, show and rearrange any of these categories to better fit with your needs.

On the home page as well as on the rest of the dashboard, you'll see a button to create, which will take you through the steps of creating any webinar or series on BigMarker. If you have the virtual event license enabled on one of your channels, you'll also see the option to create a new event.

Webinars

In the webinars page, you will see a full list of all the webinars you have access to. You can see them split out into various categories: Upcoming, on-demand, past and evergreen. Just as on the home page you can navigate to the dashboard of any individual webinar by clicking on it. If any webinar s currently live, you will also be able to easily enter the live webinar room from here.

Events & Media Hubs

In the events page you'll have a similar view that you have in the webinars page, but now for all the events and series you control. You can switch the view between upcoming and past events. For media hubs, you'll see a list of available media hubs.

In both sections you can search by title as well as quickly access the analytics for on of your channels.

Channel List

In the channel page you'll see a list of all available channels that you are an admin of. This list gives a quick glance of how much content is in each channel. Click on any of the cards to be taken to the corresponding page within the dashboard.

Individual Channel Admin

Once you click on a channel, you are taken to a admin view for just that channel. Here you get an inclusive dashboard for all of the content from just the selected channel. Along with the filters you have already seen for webinars & events, you can also use webinar tags that are used in the channel as filters for what you are currently looking at, as well as the option to filter by who created the webinar. Use these to personalize your view and quickly find whatever you are looking for.

Depending on your preference, you can also switch between table and list views for the content shown here.

Analytics

In the new dashboard you have easy access to the analytics to any channel you are an admin of. These analytics are the same that you will find in the channel settings of an individual channel. Here you can create custom dashboard, download reports covering specific timeframes, and see the overall general performance of the channel.
