What the Server Notices Mean on BigMarker

If you just created your webinar, it can take a few minutes for the server that's hosting the webinar to set-up.

If you see a "We are setting up your webinar server" or "Server Initializing" message right after creating your webinar, don't worry, this is normal. The setup process can take a few minutes as the server configures your selected settings. Simply wait about five minutes for the initialization to complete.

Because it can take a few minutes to initialize, it's best to consider the time you need and update the preparation time accordingly, found within the Edit settings in the webinar dashboard. The preparation time is the amount of time that presenters are able to enter the webinar room. The webinar will begin to initialize at the start of the preparation time.

If your server takes longer than five minutes to initialize, try refreshing the page, if it continues, please contact support@bigmarker.com
