I Can't Get Into the Webinar. What Should I Do?

Follow the troubleshooting steps below if you are unable to enter your webinar room or are having issues seeing presenter cameras or content

If you are unable to enter into or load a live webinar, there are a few things to consider confirming and trying for yourself. First, it's important to be familiar with starting and entering the webinar. If you are still having issues follow the steps below.

If you continue to have issues after going through these steps, please email support@bigmarker.com as soon as you can so that we can resolve your issues quickly.

Make sure you are logged in or using your personalized link

After a certain amount of inactivity, you will be logged out of your BigMarker account or a guest presenter profile. While logged in, hosts will have access to the session admin which will have a banner that will take you to the Studio when you click on it. Guest presenters should use the personal links that are sent in the presenter notification and reminder emails to access the session.

If you need to give a presenter their personal link, go to the Presenters page and click on Copy

Double check that your webinar is scheduled correctly

By default, webinars will initialize one hour before the scheduled start time. This time can be set anywhere from 1-6 hours before the start time of your session. Look for the setting When can presenters enter? in the Presenters> Permissions page.

Ensure you are not behind a firewall

In some instances, company firewalls will keep users from being able to load the presenter page, or any page on BigMarker. If you are not sure if you are being restricted by this, visit our section on Firewalls for more details.

Check the system requirements

While BigMarker works on all major browsers and operating systems, it's best practice to make sure everything you use is in working order. Learn more about recommended browsers and internet speed requirements, and be sure to do a system check to ensure that you are good to go.
