How to Share a Presentation, File or Slides During a Webinar

As Presenters, you are able to share presentations, files or slides and display them to your audience as a part of your event

Presenters can share presentations, files, or slide decks with the audience during their event. Once shared, they can navigate through slides, use drawing tools for engagement, and hide files as needed. Learn more about sharing content during events below.

Once you enter the webinar room, navigate to the lower deck of the screen and click the Share Content button.

From here, you can choose what type of content you'd like to share with your audience. You can share your screen, a presentation, a secondary camera, play a video, or play an audio.

You can preload video files up to 4GB and upload other file types inside the webinar room up to 100Mb.  We recommend preloading any file type and size before the webinar room is open if possible. You can upload various file types including: ppt. pptx. pdf, .doc, .docx, .odp, odt, .jpg, .jpeg, .png.

Our PPT and PPTX uploader will allow you to play embeds but PowerPoint files with animation  require an enterprise plan or you can use screen sharing to display the slide show

You can click the arrows to go from page to page or click Show Slide Navigator to move ahead or back to a specific slide.

To enable the drawing tool, scroll over the top of the presentation area, and toggle Drawing On

Once the drawing tool is enabled, the below tools will appear and you can change the brush size to color and mark up your presentation.

Repeat this process if you would like to upload more presentations or to select other presentations.

Pro-tip:  If your presentation file doesn't load or is larger 100MB  you may need to compress the file size. Get your file compressed for free here.
