[Using the Studio](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/presenter-capabilities?hsLang=en#using-the-studio) # How to Share a Presentation, File or Slides During a Webinar ## As Presenters, you are able to share presentations, files or slides and display them to your audience as a part of your event Presenters can share presentations, files, or slide decks with the audience during their event. Once shared, they can navigate through slides, use drawing tools for engagement, and hide files as needed. Learn more about sharing content during events below. You can share your screen, a presentation, a secondary camera, play a video, or play an audio.  ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-24-2025-06-19-38-1684-PM.png?width=375&height=328&name=image-png-Jun-24-2025-06-19-38-1684-PM.png) You can preload video files up to 4GB and upload other file types inside the webinar room up to 100Mb.  We recommend preloading any file type and size before the webinar room is open if possible. You can upload various file types including: **ppt**. **pptx.** **pdf, .doc, .docx, .odp, odt, .jpg, .jpeg, .png**.
