We're made it easy for attendees to check into events by pulling up the Badge Scanner App on their devices, then scanning their personalized QR code.
During on-site check-in, you will have tablet devices set up with the scanner app already installed. Additionally, you'll want to make the user's QR code available to them before check-in. This can be done either through an email sent to them, or by using your event's companion app.
Once your devices are ready, you'll want to start the scanner app and choose attendee self check in. You can read more details on these settings in this article.
By scanning their code with the iPad’s camera, they can seamlessly check themselves in. The system will recognize their QR code, check them into the event, allow them to confirm their registration details, and print a badge.
