Protecting your attendees from COVID-19 remains a top concern for all in-person/hybrid events. That’s why we’ve rolled out a touch-less check-in process. Now, attendees can check in to events by pulling up their Badge Scanner App on their devices, then scanning their personalized QR code.
With your event’s iPads, attendees will approach an iPad and pull up their QR code on their mobile device. They will then use that QR code to sync with the camera scanner to check themselves in. It will automatically populate their attendee QR code and badge, which event hosts would then print their badges from there.
Besides removing physical contact from the check-in process, this saves time for attendees and hosts alike.
