Assign Roles to Attendees in the Networking Center

Segment your Networking Center by interest, job roles, niche groups and more with our roles.

When you create your Networking Center you may want to limit visibility between different groups of people. Perhaps you have two sets of people: prospective clients and vendors. You only want one to see the other, but you don't want clients able to see or interact with each other. With Roles, you can do exactly that

Roles are determined by custom registration fields, so first you'll want to create a field for your roles. Only list registration fields can be used for roles. Then, within the networking center settings in the event dashboard, click on Roles. Enable them and add a role to begin.

For each role, set which registration field determines the role, and the value needed for it. So if your field is "What best describes you?" select that field, then select "Vendors" for what determines the role. Finally, you can set what other registrants this role can see based on this same registration field
