If an attendee is disrupting your webinar, there are a few ways for you to handle the situation.
First, if you know ahead of time there is an email address you'd like to block from attending the webinar, you can go to the Block List in the left-hand navigation menu on your Manage Webinar dashboard, and you can either upload email addresses individually or through a CSV file. If you are blocking registrants that have already registered, you will also need to delete their registration.
Click here for more information on what you can do with the block list.
Another setting to consider before your session is the spam blocker. This allows you to set certain words that are not allowed, and determine how many offenses it takes for someone to get muted in the chat.
When someone is muted, their chat messages will not be seen by other attendees. They will still appear for presenters and admins, and their messages will have a grey background in the chat to signal that they are muted. This is the same display that you will see if you click on Hide all chats in the settings shown further down this article
Once then webinar has started, you may have attendees, you may still have users that you need to remove from the room. If they've left a comment, click on the three dots to the right of where they've commented, and click Ban or Kick Out.
Banning an attendee from the room will notify them and remove them from the webinar without the option to re-enter the room. Kicking an attendee out will not notify them and will give them the option to re-enter.
Alternatively, you can go to the Attendee list, find the attendee you would like to block (either by searching in the search box or finding them within the list), click the three dots to the right of their name, and select Remove from room. You also have the option from here to Ban.
