If an attendee is disrupting your webinar, there are a few ways for you to handle the situation.
First, if you know ahead of time there is an email address you'd like to block from attending the webinar, you can go to the Block List on your Manage Webinar dashboard, and you can either upload email addresses individually or through a CSV file. If you are blocking registrants that have already registered, you will also need to delete their registration.
You can also block users within the room. You can do so by going to the Chat panel, clicking on the icon to the right of where they've commented, and clicking Ban or Kick Out.
Banning an attendee from the room will notify them and remove them from the webinar without the option to re-enter the room. Kicking an attendee out will not notify them and will give them the option to re-enter.

Or, you can go to the Attendee list, find the desired attendee you would like to block (either by searching in the search box or finding them within the list), clicking the three dots to the right of their name, and selecting Remove from room.
