Troubleshooting Attendee Access to the Webinar Room
If your audience is unable to enter the webinar room, the steps below can help resolve common access issues.

If your audience is experiencing issues entering the webinar room, don’t worry, there are several common causes and quick fixes. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to help attendees gain access and ensure a smooth webinar experience for everyone.
- They are using an outdated or non compatible browser. Make sure they are using an up-to-date web browser. Chrome and Edge are the preferred web browsers but Safari and Firefox will also work well as long as they are updated.
- They are not using their personalized link provided during registration and within email notifications. Make sure they are using the correct access link.
In order to get a registrants personal link, visit the Manage Registrations section of the webinar dashboard and look for the registrant in question. Expand their information and click on Copy personalized link
- They may need to switch networks, computers or browsers. Some people might be on outdated browsers or behind a firewall. We recommend enabling webcast mode if you anticipate attendees may have unstable internet connections or are using outdated browsers.

Personalized link in the Session Admin
To find a registrant's personalized link, visit Audience > Overview and click on any registrant to view their details. At the top of those details will be their link and the button to copy it:
