Follow the troubleshooting steps below if your microphone is not working
1. Make sure attendee microphones have been enable by the presenter.
2. Have you clicked the microphone button to share? Are you muted?
3. Are your microphone's settings correct? Have you selected the correct microphone to share?
4. Is there another program that may be using your microphone? Like Skype, Zoom or Hangouts? Quit those programs and re-enter your webinar.
5. Restart your web browser or switch browsers and/or restart your computer.
6. If you are using a headset, make sure to plug in the headset before you enter.
