I'm Trying to Watch a Recording and It Won't Play

Connection issues could be the cause if a recording is experiencing a longer load time or will not play

Normally a recording won't play because of connection issues. If you see the loading symbol circling continuously, that is most likely the cause. If the recording is long, it might take a few seconds or minutes to load depending on your connection speed. 

Please try switching networks, devices, or browsers. Refer to our system check and system requirements as well.
