Utilize the Scanner App to quickly and efficiently scan in leads you've collected via Exhibitor Booths.
First, download the app “BigMarker Badge Scanner” from the App Store for iOS users; or Google Play if you’re an Android user.
Once downloaded, you'll need to log into the scanner app with your account email and password created for you by an Admin. If you are an admin and need instructions on how to create an account for your exhibitors to use in order to log in, reference this article to get started.
How to access the app:
You’ll be logged into the app on your device. In case you log out, use the account unique to your exhibitor booth to log back in.
How to scan your leads:
Scan the attendee QR code by clicking the Exhibitor Badge Scanner tile -> scan QR code. To confirm the scan, click Confirm Scan.
If you’d like to add more information that will be included in the report, click Add Details, as shown in the second image above.
How to preview all scanned leads and /or edit notes:

All scanned attendees are listed under the Leads List.

You can view the total and daily number of scanned attendees in the booth under Leads List.

To edit notes made for attendees, go to Leads List -> search for an attendee -> click Edit details
