Display your webinar's run date either two formats as well as the session's start time in a 12-hour or 24-hour clock.
New as of 08/05/2022: Change GMT time display to UTC
BigMarker hosts can display their webinar's run date in one of two formats: Month/Day/Year (e.g., June 22, 2021) or Year/Month/Day (e.g., 2021 June 22). They can also display their session's start time with the 12-hour clock (e.g., 1 a.m. and 1 p.m.) or the 24-hour clock (e.g., 1:00 and 13:00).
Note: When hosts change their session's display language, these dates and times will also be translated to the new language (if applicable).
How can I change my session's date and time display formats?
1. Log into your webinar and select the Design tab. Here, select the green View Landing Page button (located just below Shareable Link).
2. You'll then proceed to the editor for your session's landing page. You'll edit your date display format in this interface. On the bottom left-hand corner of this page, select Settings.
3. Under Date Display Format, select your preferred date format. Choose between Month/Day/Year (e.g., June 22, 2021) or Year/Month/Day (e.g., 2021 June 22).
4. Under Time Display Format, select your preferred time format. Choose between the 12-hour clock (e.g., 1 a.m. and 1 p.m.) or the 24-hour clock (e.g., 1:00 and 13:00).
Click Save to complete.
You can change the time display format from GMT to UTC on the Edit section of your webinar. Going to Edit, check off Use UTC time format to display webinar times.
When this is checked on, all times displayed in the webinar will use UTC instead of GMT. After saving this setting, UTC will also be shown to hosts and admins when editing the webinar.
