Event Admins can now edit and upload attendee survey responses.
If you’ve collected in-person event feedback responses or post-event surveys and need to upload those responses into BigMarker, then you can use the event admin dashboard to manually update responses for each registrant.
This feature is only available to channels with the event license enabled. Contact sales@bigmarker.com or your Customer Success Manager to learn more.
After entering the event admin, visit the Registrants page. Then find the specific registrant for which you want to update the survey responses. Click on the gear icon to open up the settings for that registrant.
The Registrant detail side sheet will open. Click on the Survey Responses tab at the top of the Manage Registrant list, and then click on Edit Responses.
You'll then see all available survey questions shown here, and you can update the responses as needed. Click Save in order to submit your responses.
5. When you’re finished editing, click Save or Cancel. You’ll return to the registrant’s profile and their Survey. A green dropdown notification will appear, confirming your survey response has been successfully updated.
All responses and updates are automatically saved and captured on your custom reports. The updated responses can also be integrated into your CRM tool of choice.
