How to give a registrant a refund
When you have a webinar, series or event with paid registration, you can refund any registrant that has paid.
Refunding a registrant does not automatically cancel the registrant. A refunded registrant still has access to the content, and in order to cancel their registration you'll need to do so separately.
Refunding registrants for a webinar or series
To refund a registrant using the webinar dashboard, go to the Manage Registrations section and find the user you are looking for. Click view to expand their details, then scroll down to the bottom to view the refund option.
Once you click on this option, you'll see an option for change the amount they will be refunded. The amount will default to the original price that was paid, and you can change this amount for a partial refund:
Once a user has been refunded, the user will be sent the refund email if it is configured. You'll also see some new options within the registrant details if that email is configured to download the refund invoice or to resend the invoice (which is the refund email).

How to process refunds for event registrants
Event registrants can also be refunded for tickets that they purchase. Instead of going through the webinar dashboard, visit the events dashboard and go to the Registrants page.
Scroll to the right to see the manage registration settings, click on it and look for the refund button within the Event Pass settings
From here, it is the same process as detailed above for the webinar and series dashboards. Additionally, you'll see the refunded amount in the Event Pass settings once it has been processed.
