How to Include Audio in the Waiting Room for Dial In

Attendees who dial in to your event and wait in the waiting room can hear any videos or audio files included.

This functionality in our waiting rooms allows those attendees to dial in early, listen to any music or audio, and stay on the line until your event starts. Include an MP3 or WAV file of your company’s event messaging, a catchy jingle or other background music. Overall, it allows attendees to dial in and wait on their mobile phone until your event begins.

How to Enable Waiting Room Dial In Audio

 

1. On your events Manage Webinar dashboard, scroll down and click on the Waiting Room tab

2. Scroll down to the Waiting Room Preview, and click Customize…

3. Scroll down to Dial In Audio, then click Choose MP3 or WAV File. Browse your files and upload an MP3 or WAV file. 

4. Click Save & Exit

Now, when your attendees dial in to your event, they will hear your custom audio while in the waiting room.
