Introduction to the Content Studio

To find the content studio, all you need to do is visit your webinar dashboard and click on AI Content Studio. Once you do, the studio will open up, giving you a new view and immediate access to all of the studio tools.

The Content Studio is only available for processed on-demand videos. This means that you will either need to create an on-demand video or record a live webinar in order to have access to the Studio. If you click on the option in the dashboard menu, you'll get a message letting you know that the Studio will be ready once you have that processed video.

Chapters

The first section that you'll see when you open the Content Studio will be to manage your AI Chapters. These chapters will allow you to highlight key moments in your video where significant changes in topics occur. In this page you'll not only be given a set of AI generated chapters, but you can also manage and create them on your own.

Chapters are set by deciding where in the video the chapters starts, then giving that chapter a name. If you want to add your own chapters, you have multiple ways to do so. First, you can manually put in a timestamp into the list of chapters. Additionally, you can click on any part of the timeline that appears under the video player to add a chapter at that timestamp. After saving, the chapters will be shown in the video player.

If you are not sure where you should insert a chapter, you can scroll through the session transcript below and click on any line to skip to that transcript. From there you'll be able to see the timestamp of the exact moment of a change in topics.

Once you have your chapters set, they will be available in the video player. Simply visit your recording player settings and enable chapters on the video. Users then just need to click on a chapter in the list to skip to that point.

Chapters are also available to implement as part of a custom page design. Contact your customer success manager for more information on how to leverage this feature in your next custom landing page.

Video Clips

For longer sessions, you may want to have shorter video clips to share in emails, blogs, social media and elsewhere. Whether it's for a teaser for your full session or a short summary clip for a new audience, the Content Studio allows you to quickly create, edit and download video clips with just a few clicks.

By default, the Content Studio will generate a one minute teaser video  and a five minute summary video. To create a new clip, simply click New Video Clip to get started. once you do, a new popup will appear for configure the clip.

You can easily create your clips by clicking and dragging within the timeline. Simply click and drag in the timeline to create a new clip. Do the same with the start or end time of a clip to change the length. Click inside of a clip to move that clip around. You can also type in those timestamps in the Clips section below.

In this section you can also add additional clips to one video. This allows you to have multiple sections of the original recording in one single video clip. When you do this, the transitions between the multiple clips will be a one second fade transition. When previewing, click the scissor icon to only play back what you have selected for the clip.

Once saved, you'll return to your list of video clips and can easily download any clip with a single click.

Social Media Videos

The settings for Social Videos are very similar to the settings and controls that we saw in the video clips section. With Social Videos you can create clips, edit multiple together, and download your final product. The main difference is in the output.

Social videos will be in 9:16 aspect ratio and feature a background design behind the video player. This will ensure that  the content is optimized mobile users who watch your video in a full screen experience.

Blogs & eBooks

If you want to share more content than just video clips, the Content Studio gives you the power to make various kinds of text-based derivative content. No matter your needs—concise summaries for social posts, fully developed blog articles, or comprehensive white papers—the Content Studio delivers ready-to-use content, enabling you to simply copy and paste wherever you need it.
