Add a Support Request form to your Custom Page that acts as an additional support tool for your attendees. This form can be used to answer your attendee's general questions or collect feedback throughout your event.
Note: This is only available through our Page Designer. If interested, please contact our Events Experts at sales@bigmarker.com or your customer success manager.
If you’re expecting a higher volume of support requests during your next event or need a streamlined way for attendees to submit questions, our Support Requests feature is the perfect solution. Seamlessly integrated into your custom page, it offers both functionality and visual appeal. This feature can serve as a general inquiry form or be used to collect valuable feedback throughout your event, ensuring attendees have a direct channel to get their questions answered and their voices heard.
The Support Requests feature functions like a traditional support system, allowing users to ask questions about specific event components or general concerns. On the backend, you can customize the form details, designate the recipient email addresses, and efficiently manage all incoming requests. This streamlined solution provides a seamless way to enhance support and improve attendee experience at your events.

How to Manage your Support Requests
The Subject Line Titles from your Support Form will populate at the top of the page as tabs. By clicking into each tab, you can view a list of every user who submitted a request on that individual support form. You will be able to view the name, email address, and sent time right off the bat. From there, click View More to see the full detailed support request. You will have to manually reach out to the user who sent in a request by emailing them directly.
