Collecting Registrations on Your Own Website

There are three ways to send registration data back to BigMarker. Learn more about the different ways below.

Collecting data on your own website allows you to maintain full control over the branding, design, and user experience while keeping attendees engaged within your existing site. By integrating registration forms on your website, you can streamline the registration process and provide a more seamless experience for your audience without redirecting them to another platform.

Below are three options to send registration data back to BigMarker from your website.

Widgets

There is a registration widget available to embed registration on your website.

Navigate to the Manage Webinar tab of your webinar page and click on the "Registration Widget" section on the left side of the page.

From here, you can edit and set-up your widget. You can also preview how the widget will look on your webpage, which format you'd like to embed, and get the code to embed onto your website. Click here to learn more on all of the different kinds of widget.

Integrations

You can pass registration data back to BigMarker using a direct integration or a Zapier integration. From your Manage Webinar page, you'll see the Integrations tab with a list of all available integrations.

Depending on which CRM service you use, you are able to import lists of contacts and registrants into your webinar. You'll be able to map fields that you have within your CRM and import them into custom registration fields.

APIs

You can build your own custom registration form on your own website, then pass the registration data back to BigMarker using our API. View our API documentation here.

Specifically, you'll want to use the API endpoint for Register a User to a Conference.
