[Webinar, Series and Event integrations](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/integrations?hsLang=en#webinar-series-and-event-integrations) # Integrate Zapier with BigMarker ## Learn how to integrate Zapier with BigMarker If your preferred CRM or other tool is not part of our ready-made integrations, you can integrate with thousands of web apps with **[Zapier](https://zapier.com/). **  Note: If you are using the web.bigmarker instance, you will need an invitation to connect to the BigMarker app on Zapier. Contact [**support@bigmarker.com**](mailto:support@bigmarker.com) for your invite link. ### **Webinar Integrations ** To get started, you'll need **your personal API key**. Login to your BigMarker account, go to your webinar's integrations section, and select Zapier. ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-13-2026-03-17-09-7469-PM.png?width=450&height=397&name=image-png-May-13-2026-03-17-09-7469-PM.png) #### **Request an API Key** Here you will see your ***API Key***. Save it for later and click **Get BigMarker App on Zapier**. ![Screenshot 2026-06-09 145915](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-06-09%20145915.png?width=600&height=282&name=Screenshot%202026-06-09%20145915.png) #### **Connect to Zapier** Once you click **Get BigMarker App on Zapier,** you'll be redirected to the Zapier website. If you are already logged in, simply click the **Connect BigMarker** button. Otherwise, login to your Zapier account. **![Screenshot 2026-06-05 105515](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-06-05%20105515.png?width=653&height=343&name=Screenshot%202026-06-05%20105515.png)** Once you are logged in, Zapier should automatically create a new Zap draft connected to BigMarker. Enter it and click **Yes, Continue to BigMarker**. **![Screenshot 2026-06-08 104714](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-06-08%20104714.png?width=602&height=390&name=Screenshot%202026-06-08%20104714.png)** If you are not redirected to Zap creation, you can create a new BigMarker Zap yourself by clicking the Zap button on Zapier's home page and selecting BigMarker under App on the setup page. #### **Setup a Zap From BigMarker to a Third-Party Application** Now you can begin configuring your first Zap. Click on the **Trigger event** box to select a trigger from the dropdown menu. This will determine what activates the Zap to send information through Zapier to a receiving app. We have options for registrant and attendee based events on both the channel and webinar level.  ![Screenshot 2026-06-11 105025(1)](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-06-11%20105025(1).png?width=670&height=348&name=Screenshot%202026-06-11%20105025(1).png) Click **Continue** to choose the webinar or channel that your Zap will pull information from. The options you see will depend on your choice of trigger. If you chose a channel-level trigger event, your available channel IDs will show up in the menu. If you chose a webinar-level trigger event, you will see webinar and series IDs as in the example below. ![Screenshot 2026-06-08 162002](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-06-08%20162002.png?width=670&height=347&name=Screenshot%202026-06-08%20162002.png) If you need to verify the webinar or channel ID, you can find both on the BigMarker platform. For webinars, templates, and series, navigate to your session **Dashboard**, where you will find the ID in the **About session** section. ![Screenshot 2026-06-09 152222](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-06-09%20152222.png?width=670&height=314&name=Screenshot%202026-06-09%20152222.png) To find your channel ID, go to the **Channel Profile** page in your **Channel Settings**. If you don't see your preferred app right away, simply use the search bar to find it.  ![Screenshot 2026-06-08 165432](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-06-08%20165432.png?width=376&height=333&name=Screenshot%202026-06-08%20165432.png) The set-up is similar to connecting your BigMarker account but will vary depending on what third-party application you are integrating with. For this example we are using Google Sheets. Click on the **Account** box to connect your Zap to your third-party app account. Select a pre-connected account, or click the **+ Connect a new account** button. Depending on your chosen application, you may need to complete sign-in steps or grant Zapier access permissions. ![Screenshot 2026-06-11 110204(2)](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-06-11%20110204(2).png?width=670&height=346&name=Screenshot%202026-06-11%20110204(2).png) Now click the **Action event** box to select an action event from the dropdown menu. This field determines what will happen in the third-party app you are connecting to after a trigger event on BigMarker. The options here will vary depending on your choices of third-party app and action event. Verify your desired settings and click **Test step**.
