Follow the troubleshooting steps below if you cannot hear any presenters in the webinar room.
Below are some helpful tips you can use in order to troubleshoot any issues you may be having with your audio or video experience during a webinar or event.
- Make sure that the presenter is actively sharing their mic and your device's volume is turned up.
- If you are using headphones, try unplugging them, and plugging them back in. You may need to refresh the webinar room after doing this
- Check to see that your computer, browser or device is not muted by your system settings or by any hardware buttons or settings
- Try restarting your browser and computer.
