Generate Personalized Event Tickets for Each Registrant and Attach them to Confirmation Emails

Add personalized, custom ticketing to your registration emails and give ticket-holders a seamless event experience.

Want to create a custom email attachment for your registration emails? We’ve made the process simple by enabling a new type of custom landing page called “Email Attachment.” You can build out your custom landing page to feature whatever type of information you’d like to provide to your attendees. 

This feature is only available to channels with the event license enabled. Contact sales@bigmarker.com or your Customer Success Manager to learn more.

BigMarker will work closely with you to design or implement a provided design, and then make that design available as a template to use for your sessions and events. The design can be tokenized with BigMarker data, meaning registration information can be used to personalize each registrant's attachment.

Your email attachment may look something like the below image, where we can include not only the event information, but specifics for each registrant such as name, purchase price, QR code image, and more.

Once your attachment is created and saved, you’ll navigate back to your main event page in order to manage your Emails & Invitations. Click on Email Invitations in the left hand navigation menu. Then, you’ll select your Registration Confirmation Email to edit.  

When configuring the email content of your registration confirmation email, you’ll see the option to Attach a Custom PDF to the Email. A dropdown menu will appear, containing all your applicable custom attachments that are available on the channel.
