How Can Attendees Interact with Each Other in the Networking Center on the Companion App?

Attendees can set their availability during check-in, then schedule meetings with other attendees. It is also possible for attendees to block other attendees from accessing their information.

Attendees can now set meetings with one another directly with our Meeting Scheduler Attendees can set their availability during check-in, then schedule meetings with other attendees. With this feature, attendees can schedule official meetings with one another, network, hold brainstorming sessions and more, all during your event. This increases both the quality and quantity of interactions at events, which results in improved attendee satisfaction and retention.

Similar to our Meeting Scheduler in our Exhibitor Booths, attendees can click on the meeting icon on other attendee’s business cards to view their availability, then schedule a meeting. Attendees can view their meetings on their profile to accept or deny meetings — or join one that’s in progress. 

Attendees can also block other attendees from interacting with their profile on the companion app. They can follow the below steps in order to successfully block another attendee from accessing their profile or information:

1. Begin in the network directory: 

2.  Select or find the attendee you wish to block. At the top righthand corner of the screen, you'll see the Block button. Select this button. 

3. A screen will appear confirming your action. Select Block (name). Or cancel to undo the action.

4. A confirmation screen will appear. Select Return to Networking.
