Help your registrants and attendees engage with your content in their preferred language. BigMarker offers options for displaying and translating text and speech across the platform, so you can support your audience when creating and promoting your content.
You'll be able to configure languages for a few different purposes:
- Display language for text shown in the studio, default landing pages and audience experiences.
- Closed captions for live and on-demand content.
- Audio translations for live content.
Custom pages created on BigMarker will have their own set of text fields that you can update and translate into any language. Click here to learn more.
Display language
If you want to change which language is used to generate text across your landing pages and audience rooms, look for the Display Language setting in the Session Admin.
The display languages available are:
Albanian, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Bulgarian, Chinese (Cantonese, Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean
Lithuanian, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian
Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, & Vietnamese

Closed Captions
Closed captions are available for both live and on-demand sessions. Settings for captions are split in two:
- Original language - what is being spoken by the actual presenters
- Display language - the language of the captions
For original language, we currently offer:
