BigMarker AI - Custom AI Fields

Add new fields to your registration information to quickly gather information for use in integrations, or generate personalized content to use in emails and landing pages

These settings and features are only available with an enterprise license. Contact sales@bigmarker.com or your customer success manager for more information.

With BigMarker AI, you can create custom AI Fields. These fields are hidden custom registration fields that get pre-filled with values and content based on prompts you provide. The AI Fields will then be available just like any other registration field, allowing you to use it in landing pages and emails, gather it with your custom reports, and pass it on to your integration.

Creating your AI Fields

In the webinar dashboard, click on AI Lead Scoring & Enrichment in the left-hand menu. Then you will click on either Enrichment, Insight or Personalization. Click on the plus icon to start making your first field.

One thing to note is that these separate categories will accomplish the same thing. All three will give you the ability to make AI custom fields, and they will all work the same. Primaril, these categories allow you to organize them as you work.

Additionally, when you go to create a field, you'll have the ability to Generate an example. This will take an example from the BigMarker prompt library, and that example will match the category that you are creating the field for.

With every field you have a Title and Description. The title how the field is identified in the dashboard, your reports and your integrations. The description is the prompt that you will give BigMarker AI in order to generate a response or value for the field.

Prompt Examples

You will have complete freedom when generating these prompts, but it is helpful to be as specific as you would like in order to get responses that you can use. Here are some examples of prompts that you might want to use:

Using enrichment fields to classify registrants

Perhaps you want to assign categories to your registrants based on how engaged they were to your content. You might call this field the Engagement Persona and the prompt could be:

Classify the registrant’s engagement type during the event based on their session behavior, including time watched, questions asked, resources downloaded, and CTAs clicked. Return one of the following: “Active Learner”, “Passive Viewer”, “Resource Seeker”, “Dropoff”, or “Unknown”.

Note how this prompt is calling out specific actions like time watched and questions asked, and also that the prompt provides exactly what the responses should be.

Gather additional information to better identify registrants

There may be some pieces of information you would like available but you might not want to explicitly ask for in your registration form. With Enrichment Fields you can make a more holistic registration profile by generating that information.

You could create an enrichment field for Company Website and the prompt could be:

Identify the official website of the registrant’s company based on the user’s email domain or company name if available. Return a full URL beginning with “https://”. If no reliable website can be found, return “Unknown”.

Provide additional information for internal team members

Maybe you'll be sharing the registration list with other members of your team, such as the sales team. In addition to providing numbers and scoring models, you want to provide an easy-to-follow note to your sales team to give them an idea of who the lead is. Your Enrichment Field could be "Note to sales" and the prompt could be:

Based on their engagement, create a very helpful note to sales how they feel about the webinar, including key phrases in chats and Q&A to let the sales people know what kind of engagement they had.

Generate personalized text to send to the registrant

If you want to give your audience truly personalized content and communication, Enrichment Fields could do this quickly and easily. Crate a field for "Email Body" and the prompt could be something like:

Generate a personalized follow-up email message. referencing their actions or inferred interest. If there was no meaningful engagement, return a generic thank-you message. it should highlight how BigMarker can help their company or Industry. Please start with address the person by their first name. Based on if they attended the webinar, to adjust the messaging such as thank you for attending or sorry you missed.

Notice how even though we don't provide specifics on the exact content, we provide different possibilities for different kinds of registrants. You can then use the responses in this field as an email token to use in any email you send from this webinar or series.

View and use the results from your Enrichment Fields

Once your fields are created, they'll be available as part of the registration profiles for each registrant. Within the AI lead score settings of an individual registrant, you can view the responses to these fields by clicking on any of the AI field categories:

Because these AI Fields are hidden custom registration fields they'll be available in both the full webinar reports but also custom reports. You'll find them available to export to CRM integrations, such as Hubspot or Eloqua. As mentioned you can the personalized messages as email tokens, but also to use in custom landing pages.
