What you do with these tools will appear for presenters, attendees and in the recording. In the [studio](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/studio-produce-live-video-content-1?hsLang=en), look for the **share content** button. Click on it, then click on **share presentation. **From here you can choose to launch a blank whiteboard, open a [pre-loaded file](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/how-to-pre-load-content-to-virtual-events-webinars?hsLang=en), or upload a new file to present. ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-30-2025-03-08-20-1538-PM.png?width=300&height=264&name=image-png-May-30-2025-03-08-20-1538-PM.png)   ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-30-2025-03-09-34-2352-PM.png?width=300&height=329&name=image-png-May-30-2025-03-09-34-2352-PM.png) Once you have added a presentation, you'll see some options at the top of the presentation screen. You'll see a setting for **Drawing** and enable that to see the annotation options. For blank whiteboards, this setting will automatically be on. With these tools you can free draw, draw shapes, or type in free text.
