Round tables are smaller sessions in which your registrants can exchange ideas and discuss pressing topics. Unlike agenda sessions, round tables are primarily used for ongoing discussion throughout the event. **Note**: This is only available for channels with an event license. If interested, please contact our Events Experts at [sales@bigmarker.com](mailto:sales@bigmarker.com) or your customer success manager. #### **The Attendee and Presenter Experience ** Attendees will find your roundtables as part  of the [networking center](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/how-to-create-your-virtual-events-networking-center?hsLang=en), a collection of pages that you can configure as part of your event. Attendees will go to the roundtables page, click on one of them, and either go into a live webinar, a custom URL, or go into speed networking.  If you are using a live webinar for your roundtable, the experience is the same as any other live webinar for both presenters and attendees. Attendees will get the attendee experience, whether it's webcast or interactive, and your presenters will get presenter links to join in. ### **How to Create Round Tables on BigMarker** Create your own round tables following the steps below: 1. Visit the [event dashboard](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/virtual-events-dashboard-beta-overview?hsLang=en) for your event, and select **Networking Center**, then **Round Tables**. ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-14-2025-03-50-27-5118-PM.png?width=688&height=278&name=image-png-Apr-14-2025-03-50-27-5118-PM.png) 2. Click New Roundtable to begin creating 3. Specify the datils for your new roundtable. You'll give it a name and some basic design details, as well as specify the type: - If you want to structure your round table as a BigMarker webinar, select **Webinar**. Then, in the dropdown that appears, you will select a live webinar from your channel - When using a live webinar, you can also enable **Only show this round table to people that are registered for this webinar**. For example, if you have a ticket pass that includes access to these webinars, this is a necessary step in gating access i this way. - If you want to host your round table on an external site, select **Custom URL**, then paste the external site’s URL in the text box that appears.  - If you want your attendees to be able to speed network in your round tables, select **Speed Networking**.
