If interested, please contact our Events Experts at sales@bigmarker.com or your Customer Success Manager. Hosts can now make outbound calls from the webinar room to unregistered participants, allowing additional people to access the session via their phones. This is especially helpful for contacting attendees having technical issues. Learn how to activate this feature below:    Once the session has begun, press the phone icon in the bottom navigation menu, next to your microphone and camera options.  ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202025-03-19%20at%2012-00-42%20PM-png.png?width=600&height=301&name=Screen%20Shot%202025-03-19%20at%2012-00-42%20PM-png.png) The pop-up that appears will display the session's entry link, dial-in number, six-digit ID number and six-digit passcode. Note that the passcode is specific to the presenter that is looking at the dial in information and should not be shared. Then Select **Place Call.** Currently, only phone numbers starting with the international country code **1** can receive outbound calls from BigMarker. Click the **dots** next to the Place Call buttonto expand or collapse the phone and enter in the number.  ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screen%20Shot%202025-03-19%20at%2012-05-03%20PM-png.png?width=600&height=524&name=Screen%20Shot%202025-03-19%20at%2012-05-03%20PM-png.png) Once you've initiated the call, the following in-progress message will display.
