[BigMarker AI](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/bigmarker-ai?hsLang=en) # Translate your sessions into any language with AI Translation ## Welcome a global audience to your virtual session with AI translation into any language When promoting and producing your content, you want to make sure you reach as many people as people, and that they can all get something out of it. With BigMarker AI Translations, you are able to have your presenters speak in their native language while your audience can listen to it in their own. Before you enable AI translation, it's good to keep a few things in mind: - This feature is only available for [webcast webinars](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/how-to-enable-webcast-mode?hsLang=en) and only attendees can listen to the translated audio.  - Presenters must all be speaking the same language in order to be translated - AI translation may add a small amount of time to the webcast delay These settings are only available with an additional add-on to your BigMarker license. Contact [sales@bigmarker.com](mailto:sales@bigmarker.com) or your customer success manager for more information. ### Enabling AI Translation In the [session admin](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/introducing-the-new-session-admin?hsLang=en) go to Production \> Languages & Captions then to the **Live Closed Captioning** tab. You can turn on both [closed captions](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/how-do-i-enable-closed-captioning-on-bigmarker?hsLang=en) and AI audio translation. Once you do so, you'll see two more settings: - **Original Language** - The language that your presenters or automated content will be speaking  - **Display Language** - The options that attendees will have to choose from ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-01-2026-03-59-50-2964-PM.png?width=600&height=291&name=image-png-May-01-2026-03-59-50-2964-PM.png) This is all you will need to do to enable AI Translations. From here your presenters will connect to your live webinar as normal, and your attendees will get the opportunity to translate inside of the default and modular webinar rooms. ### The attendee experience ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-22-2025-07-44-02-5754-PM.png?width=218&height=278&name=image-png-May-22-2025-07-44-02-5754-PM.png) With all of this enabled, all of your attendees will now have access to the AI Translation. In the webinar room, they'll see a button for **Languages**. Clicking on this will open up a dropdown menu where they can select a language.
