If interested in utilizing this feature, then please contact your BigMarker customer success manager or an events expert at [sales@bigmarker.com](mailto:sales@bigmarker.com) With the Braze integration, you can take the registrations you collect on BigMarker and export them to Braze user profiles. When you export registrants from BigMarker, the user profiles on Braze will be updated or created. Standard fields (email, webinar ID, webinar name) can be stored as user attributes. Click on that then look for the **Braze** settings in the list of available integrations. ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Nov-14-2025-03-47-13-3799-PM.png?width=600&height=474&name=undefined-Nov-14-2025-03-47-13-3799-PM.png) In the [session admin](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/introducing-the-new-session-admin?hsLang=en) look for the Braze page within the Integrations section. ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-08-2026-06-22-49-6182-PM.png?width=600&height=269&name=image-png-May-08-2026-06-22-49-6182-PM.png) From here, you'll need your [Rest API endpoint](https://www.braze.com/docs/user_guide/administrative/access_braze/sdk_endpoints) as well as your [API Key](https://www.braze.com/docs/user_guide/administrative/app_settings/api_settings_tab) from Braze. From here you will use the two‑column mapper to specify where each BigMarker field should land in Braze. #### **Common standard mappings** - **Email** → email - **Webinar ID** → e.g., bm\_webinar\_id - **Webinar Title** → e.g., bm\_webinar\_title - **Webinar Start Time** → e.g., bm\_webinar\_start\_time ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-14-2025-04-12-06-7286-PM.png?width=600&height=312&name=image-png-Nov-14-2025-04-12-06-7286-PM.png) #### **Custom registration fields** For your BigMarker custom registration fields, they are exported to the Braze User profile inside the array attribute bigmarker\_webinar\_registration\_data. Use a consistent snake\_case or camelCase naming scheme. - Values are written as custom attributes on the user profile. Ensure your Braze segmentation/campaigns reference the **exact keys** you mapped. Then click **Save Export Settings** and all new registrations will be exported to your Braze account based on the above settings.
