Import registrants to BigMarker with LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms

Reach out to your potential audience via LinkedIn to maximize your registration potential.

With LinkedIn Lead Generation forms, you can leverage the massive reach of the global social media platform to build your contact database. From each form, you can also import registrants directly into  individual sessions and series on BigMarker.

Creating a Lead Gen Form on LinkedIn

In order to create a lead gen form, you will need to have a LinkedIn advertising account. Once logged in to that account, head to Assets > Lead generation forms. Click the Create Form button and follow the steps to create your new form.

Connecting the form to BigMarker

In your admin dashboard, head over to the Integrations section and look or search for the LinkedIn integration. First you'll need to connect your LinkedIn account.

Once connected, you'll redirect back to BigMarker and select which ad account you want to use. Once you select an account, you will then select a specific form that the session or series will connect to.

Map your registration fields

Once you connect your account and select a form, you will map your fields. For each BigMarker registration field you can map it to a corresponding field from the LinkedIn Lead Generation Form.

You can also have the registrant import be conditional based on how your audience fills out the form. Look for the setting Only import when this field… to choose a field from your lead gen form and enter in a value. If someone fills out the form and inputs that value for that field, then they will be imported into BigMarker. Otherwise, they won't be.
