How to Integrate HighLevel with BigMarker

Seamlessly connect your BigMarker sessions and High level by exporting your registration data

With HighLevel, you can centralize contacts and communications from multiple platforms, websites, and services into a single system, allowing you to incorporate and optimize each channel into your workflows while maintaining complete visibility and control over your data. Now, BigMarker is available as a native integration within HighLevel.

Connect BigMarker with your HighLevel account

To get started head over to your session or session templates and go into the Integrations section to find the HighLevel integration. The first step you'll see at the top of this page is to connect to your account. Click Connect to HighLevel to open up the login screen in a new window. Once you log in, you'll be redirected back to BigMarker with the integration active and ready to configure.

Exporting contacts to HighLevel

Once connected, you are all set to start exporting. First, check the box for Enable Contact Export. Now you will start mapping your export, connecting your BigMarker fields to your HighLevel Contact Fields.

The BigMarker fields are broken up into several categories:

  • BigMarker fields - These are standard fields that are available on all big marker sessions including things for each registrant such as name and email, but also details from the session itself like the title, webinar ID and start time.

  • Webinar Tags - These are going to be your webinar tags that you have applied to this session. Reminder that these tags are applied to all registrants just like registration fields.
  • Custom Registration Fields - These will be all of your registration fields that you have added to your session.

Get exactly what you need automatically built in to you registration fields using Calculated Fields.

  • Attendance Fields - These will be fields that give you data on how your registrants interacted with the live session, such as their browser and device used to connect, when they entered and  how long they watched the live session for.
  • Recording View Fields - These fields give information on how much a registrant watched the on-demand recording.

Apply HighLevel Tags and Trigger Workflows

As with other integrations you can apply different properties to groups of registrants based on how they interact with your session. Registrants, attendees, no-shows and recording viewers can all have different tags and workflows applied to them.

If you already have tags and workflows configured in your HighLevel account, you can assign them to each of these categories by selecting the desired option from the dropdown in each category.
