You can now add images to pop-up offers with custom embed links or custom HTML. This allows hosts to better customize their pop-up offers, regardless of which formatting they use.

How to Add an Image to a Custom Embed/HTML Pop-Up Offer
1. Log in to your webinar and select the Manage Webinar tab.
2. Staying in this tab, scroll down to the Pre-Load Pop-up Offers tab and click on it.
3. From there, click +Add Offer
4. Under the Pop-up Type section, select Custom Embed/HTML.
5. Scroll down to the Image section. From there, click Change Image and upload your desired image.
Note: Image size recommended is 162x240
6. When finished, click Save Pop-up.
