[Click here](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/hc/en-us/articles/4415533831060-can-i-add-an-image-to-my-custom-embed-html-pop-up-offer-#session_admin) to learn where you can find offers. Offers are a way that you can provide your audience some additional content, promotional offers or anything else hosted elsewhere. Whether it is another webinar, a link to your home page, or anything else, the offer feature can be used to promote it during the live webinar. To create offers, visit the [session admin](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/introducing-the-new-session-admin?hsLang=en) and then go to **Content \> Pre-loaded content,** then to the **Offers** tab. ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-05-2026-04-39-47-6860-PM.png?width=600&height=212&name=image-png-Feb-05-2026-04-39-47-6860-PM.png) Once you add a new offer by clicking the plus button, you'll be able to customize the text, images, colors and link used to create the offer. You're also able to have a completely custom offer by including your own HTML or embed code. ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-25-2025-06-50-12-3002-PM.png?width=625&height=240&name=image-png-Apr-25-2025-06-50-12-3002-PM.png) You have a few options for where to send users after they click on your offer. You can either - Send them to any URL - You can also append users' BMID to that URL for further tracking - Send them to the [survey](https://kb.bigmarker.com/knowledge/how-do-i-add-a-post-event-webinar-survey?hsLang=en) - Not send them anywhere and keep them in the room, which will simply track if they clicked on the offer ![](https://kb.bigmarker.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-20-2025-08-44-07-2188-PM.png?width=600&height=135&name=image-png-May-20-2025-08-44-07-2188-PM.png) Once you have your offer, they will appear in the live webinar room in the chat panel for presenters and admins in the room. Go to the **Handouts** tab and then click **Offers**. From here click **Add an offer** and you'll see all available offers where you can decide to send them out as slide-out or full-screen pop-ups.
