Downloading the transcript and activity from your webinar's chat panel
Quickly get all of the messages and activity from your attendees' chats, questions, offer clicks and more

After your session concludes, it's a good idea to get a clear picture of how your attendees interacted with the content. Whether you want to see the public chat messages sent, the content of the questions, or how many offers were clicked by whom, the Transcript Report is available at any tie for you to easily download.
From your webinar dashboard, click on Transcript in the left-hand menu:

From here, you can first navigate through the tabs of the different types of content and see how your audience has engaged with the session. You can also click on Download Transcript to get a spreadsheet of all of these tabs.
Additionally, you can download a CSV of just the chat messages which you can then use to upload to another session in order to automate chat messages.

To find the downloadable reports in the new Session Admin, visit Analytics > Reporting. Visit the Default tab to find the Chat Transcript report automatically generated by the session.

Also in the Analytics category, you'll find a page for Engagement. In this page you're going to be able to view and search through all points of engagement during the live session.
